Islamic Lecture of The Week [Part ONE]

Sad for not being able to attend a weekly Halaqa? Victorian Muslimah feels the same way too! For this reason, we have put together a lecture list from which you may want to choose a lecture, to watch any time of the week. Often we lead activity-packed lives, but we’d like to have a regular time set aside for a weekly lecture to feed our souls. So, let’s try start doing that each week, shall we? Insha’Allah… A tip: You REALLY have to put about an hour each week for this to happen. Plan it in your organiser, write it into your almost-full time schedule, put a reminder on the fridge, put a sticky note on the door… whatever it takes. In our family, we’ve chosen Friday morning as the “Islamic Lecture Night” to watch a lecture from the list below, after our child has gone to school. You may want to do this too with your spouse or even your whole family if they are all youths, insha’Allah. May Allah make it easy for us to seek Islamic knowledge in our overloaded daily lives.
